Daly's Dog Training School trains dogs and their owners so that they have the skills necessary for participating in photo shoots, TV programs, adverts and even film work.

Film Classes

Classes are due to start at Chells Community Centre.

Course contents

Learn how to teach your dog the tricks needed for film and TV work on one of our 6 week courses.

• Lesson 1: Theory lesson to give you the 'secrets of the trade' and prepare you for how to get the best from your dog
• Lessons 2 - 5: Practical lessons with group instruction and 1-2-1 attention to guide you through the training
• Lesson 6: A chance for you to show off what you and your dog can do with an informal 'test'. If you would like, bring in a photo of your dog and we can add it to our list of dogs available for local film and TV work.

During the course, Sally teaches how to effectively use Clicker Training to communicate more effectively with your dog. A short history of Clicker Training can be found here.

Please note, this course DOES NOT guarantee you or your dog work but it does put you in a good position should a suitable opportunity arise.

All ages / breeds / mongrels welcome as long as they are friendly with other dogs and controllable on a lead in a class environment.

The cost of the course is £50, payable on the first night. Dogs must be fully vaccinated to join the class, please remember to bring your vaccination cards with you on the first night.
